It is symbolic that the rally will start in the same forests where it will end – the finish of the first special stage is right next to the start of the last stage. The almost seven-kilometre section starting in Varinė will immediately make the crews sweat. The entire section winds through the forest on a fairly narrow road, which will very rarely forgive mistakes. If it is wet, this section will be even more difficult.

The second special stage of the day is a reversed version of last year’s shakedown stage. The road runs through much more open areas than the first SS, although it also has a forested section. This stage has several longer straights, but there are quite a few groups of corners, hidden between them.

The legendary “Versmė” autocross track is a tribute to the spectators and an opportunity for drivers to have a little more fun with their cars. As last year, after leaving the main part of the track, an extremely narrow, potholed and technical dirt road awaits to the finish.

As on the first day of the rally, the second day also begins with a very forested section. On Saturday morning, the crews will drive around Lake Šešuoliai on an extremely narrow road, bordered by fairly deep ditches that can even throw a careless crew out of the rally. This stage is the calling card of the Šešuoliai area. After the forested section, more open areas appear, until finally you reach the very famous S-group corners at the dam, where there will be a spectator zone.
GR/SS “9/11” – Magency / LEGATOR

SS9 – This stage combines two of last year’s special stages, linked by the asphalt section of the Želva–Balnininkai road. By joining the sections, it was possible to create almost 14 kilometres of route. It is a narrow stage, mostly passing through forested areas, the second part of which is extremely fast and treacherous, having retiring at least a couple of crews in the past. This stage is a great introduction to what awaits the crews for the rest of Saturday
SS11 – This is the same as SS9, only shortened to the asphalt section – in places extremely narrow, in places with impressive changes in terrain. This is the last special stage of the first Saturday loop, which, by the way, is about eight kilometres long due to the shortening. It is also the last relatively short SS, after which the crews will face extremely long, endurance-demanding stages.
GR/SS “12/14” – E100

This is, without a doubt, the widest-road special stage, which will allow participants to make the most of their car’s power and grip at extremely high speeds, with several jumps as well. This special stage encircles the Bajorai settlement and is the longest in the rally – over eighteen kilometres. Only the last part of this stage enters a much narrower road, where several jumps also await. This SS will be a kind of refreshment for the drivers after the extremely technical and forested stages, where they will be able to drive a little wider.
GR/SS “13” – Cramo

This is also the same stage used last year, only this time it has grown a huge “belly”, winding all the way to the Batėnai settlement, which has extended the SS by almost 10 kilometres. This is a truly impressive special stage with an extremely fast, but no less technical section, which, among other things, also has jumps. The middle of the SS enters an extremely forested, technical, dark and sandy section. The last part of the SSbecomes faster and wider. This SS is well known to the crews who have recently taken part in tests in Ukmergė district.
GR/SS “15” – Jusema

This is the calling card of this rally and of the Ukmergė rally. The extremely forested, fast and technical road running through the Šventoji River valley separates the wheat from the chaff. This year this stage is even more special – it is driven in the opposite direction, and the last part runs around the Vepriai missile base. Participants will face very narrow forest roads and, due to the specifics of the river valley, impressive changes in terrain and, in places, extremely soft road surfaces. This stage is worthy of the title of “powerstage” in every sense.
